A new development of private and social housing, incorporating a complicated SUDS drainage scheme, with both online and offline attenuation.

GHW Consulting Engineers Contribution

This was a challenging project due to the steep level issues and involved a complicated SUDS scheme, incorporating online and offline attenuation, because of adoption design criteria. The lack of any local drainage, resulted in lengthy liaison with the Local Authority to gain permission to discharge to a water course.

We also provided the technical drawings to gain approval for the Section 104 and 38 agreements, along with substructure and superstructure design and detailing.
