This project comprised the construction of a three storey office building with associated car parking and required a Breeam Very Good Rating.

GHW worked with the contractor to procure this D&B project and then provided all civils and structural design and detailing.
Added Value
Using our experience in the design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Schemes (SuDS), GHW designed a storm water system with no discharge from the site, which supported a siphonic roof drainage system. This was cost effective and beneficial to the wider environment.
